Nationality |
- The applicant and applicant’s parents are of non-Korean nationality
- The applicant must have completed (or is expected to complete) regular domestic secondary education from a foreign country.

- TOPIK level 4 or higher (Under-graduate, Graduate)
- English proficiency test (Only graduate school is allowed)
- TOEFL(PBT 530, CBT 197, IBT 71) more than
- IELTS 5.5 (more than)
- CEFR B2 (more than)
- TEPS 600 (more than)
- Nationally recognized English proficiency test or higher with the above score
- Exceptions are made for applicants who are native speakers.

- Applicants must hold, or expect to hold in prior to entering DGU, a 4 year bachelor’s degree or its equivalent higher degree(master’s degree) from an accredited college or university
- A person who has completed the entire course corresponding to a domestic curriculum in a foreign country and hold, or expect to hold bachelor's (master's) degree
